What do you do when it’s a cold rainy day and don’t feel like working out? You workout anyway!!


Try this at home bodyweight circuit next time you don’t feel like getting out to the gym.

25 squats
10 push ups (any variation you like)
25 second wall sit
20 10 L\R prisoner lunges (hands placed behind head)
10 Burpees

Push hard and rest as needed. Repeat this circuit for AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes.
