Asian Grilled Chicken
1 lb. organic boneless skinless chicken thighs
1\4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. honey
1-2tbsp. crushed red pepper
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1tbsp. ginger powder or fresh ginger
2 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour in marinade. Marinate chicken 4-8 hours. Grill chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
For a lower carb meal serve with veggies or a salad. Picture is served with cauliflower fried rice. For a higher carb meal serve with jasmine rice and edamame.
