Why repetition works and what to do when it doesn’t!

The only way to know if something works is to first try it. Then do it over and over and over again until it DOES!

How can we know weight training will not be the game changer that gives us the desired look and feel that we want if we don’t get in the gym and try it? Practice it, ask for help, push ourselves, have setbacks and then do it again. Day in and day out. Then mess up, start again and do it over and over until it DOES!

How will we know if a diet works unless we work at it everyday? It will require being mindful about our food by how it makes us feel, are we making the progress that we are looking for and does it work for our lifestyle. Then mess up a lot, start again and do it over and over again until it DOES!

So what do we do when it doesn’t work like we want it to?

We take action!!

Make the necessary changes and keep going.

There are no shortcuts and it doesn’t come easy for anyone!

It will require patience, consistency, more screw ups, planning, dedication, positive thinking, stepping out of our comfort zone and doing it over and over and over again until it DOES!
