It’s my first time doing a post like this. I’ve committed to writing one blog post a week so this “Day in the life” might stay in the rotation. I hope you enjoy 🙂
I always declare Monday my GSD day or (get shit done) It’s my busiest in person training day and my longest. I literally try to do ALL.THE.THINGS on Monday’s so each workday gets’s a little lighter but it hasn’t been working that way lately 😦
Here it goes:
5:00a- wake up, coffee and no talkie 🙂 check social media.
6:15-6:30- online boot camp daily check in’s
6:30-11:30 Train clients ( I squeezed in breakfast from 7:15-7:30) Not the best practice but it works.
11:30-1 Lunch, meditate (the meditation doesn’t always happen but I’m working on it) clean kitchen, laundry.
1-4:15 emails,online client assessments and check in’s, creating new client programs, social media post planning.
Like my makeshift desk? Since I’m working from the computer way more than ever I started having severe upper back and neck pain. So now I stand up and the counter and work with my laptop propped up to meet this tall 5’9 girls needs 🙂
4:15-4:45 feed the fur babies and attempt to take a quick break and end up chasing after a neighbor’s dog who got out of his fence. Just call me the dog whisperer 🙂
4:45- back to the relaxing part and decided I was hungry and needed a little pre workout snack.
5:45- leave for my workout
6:15-7:30- Smash a killer strength session!!
8:00 Shower, eat, and get into bed and read.
I may or may not have had 1\2 of a Lenny and Larry Cookie???
Then I’m back up bright and early for training clients the next morning!!
