I love connecting with and empowering women to lift weights, get strong, eat well and most importantly feel good about their bodies and love their results. My philosophy and methods on training and nutrition is based entirely upon taking a client centered approach because we all have very unique goals, lifestyles.
I know how frustrating it can be when you are putting so much of your time, physical and mental energy into a new diet and exercise routine while not seeing the results you want. That’s when we start asking the questions — Am I doing the right things? Will this ever work? Can I realistically reach my goals? There was a point in my life where I was there myself and have spent many years figuring out the answers to these questions.
I want my clients workouts and nutrition to be effective, efficient, fun and maintainable for the long term! Fitness should not only enhance our bodies but our overall well-being.
I know you want to feel and look your best, too. I have developed methods to help my client’s work out smarter and not harder — still eat foods they love and see results, and most importantly love the way they look and feel great while enjoying all of it without stress!
