Food prep tricks and tips

12 weeks of progressive workouts designed to be done at home or in the gym delivered to you through my interactive online training site. Which includes your own personalized dashboard to track your progress, check in with me and have detailed instructions including videos to take the guess work out of your workouts. **Minimal equipment will be required if working out at home.

Access to my private Facebook group page for support and accountability. I will be checking in with the group a few times a week to answer questions you may have to help you along during the 12 weeks. You will also have this forum to connect with other like-minded women with similar goals and struggles in a healthy and supportive environment.

Weekly Email check in’s and text message support whenever needed to help you through the process to be able to guide, motivate and support you J

One 30 minute initial phone consult so we can get to know each other better and answer any questions you may have.
